How Does Nanoplasty Hair Straightening Work?

Nanoplasty is a revolutionary technology that utilises Nanoparticles in tandem with Intracellular Nutrition to straighten hair without compromising the integrity of the hair. Compared with traditional keratin systems, Nanoparticles contained in the treatment are approximately 750x smaller, allowing the nutrients to penetrate deeper into the hair fibre and treat the hair without opening the cuticle. Therefore, disregarding the need for an anti-residue shampoo, making it a fast & effective one-step system.

What Is Difference Between Nanoplasty and Traditional Keratin Treatments?

Additionally, unlike traditional Keratin Treatments, Nanoplasty lasts in the hair for up 8 months, as opposed to three tp six month results with older technologies. After having a Nanoplasty service, the treatment will grow out of the hair, rather than fade out.

Q: How long does it last?
A: Nanoplasty lasts 6-8 months on the hair. Everyone’s hair is different, with some hair types more resistant than others

Q: Will Nanoplasty straighten curly hair?
A: Most definitely – the treatment can be used on all hair textures, coloured and highlighted hair. 

Q: How soon can I colour my hair after having Nanoplasty?
A: Colour is safe to do the day after the treatment. As the treatment may strip artificial colour from your hair, we suggest in timing your treatment visit close to when you are next due for colour. 

Q: Is Nanoplasty safe for hair?
A: Yes. Nanoplasty is considered safe for hair. It does not contain harmful chemicals such as Formaldehyde. All the ingredients are natural, and the components responsible for straightening the hair are Amino Acids and organic acids.

Q: Will the Nanoplasty procedure damage the hair?
A: No, it will not. Floractive Nanoplasty solutions are formulated with various organic acids, amino acids, oils, butters, waxes and hydrolysed vegetable proteins, which restore all the necessary nutrients for recovering hair health and beauty, healing the hair from inside out.

Q: Is there any down time after treatment?

Q: How soon can I colour my hair after having a Nanoplasty treatment?
A: By manufacturers instructions, you can colour your hair on the same day as having the Nanoplasty treatment, however our salon recommendation is to wait minimum 2 days to perform a colour service due to the hair being slightly more resistant to colour after having the treatment. For bleaching, it is recommended to wait 2 weeks after having the Nano treatment.

Q: How do I care for my Nanoplasty at home?
A: It is strongly recommended to use Sulphate-Free home care products for long-lasting results.

Q: How long will I be in the Salon?
A: You will typically be in the salon for 3-3.5 hours, depending on the length and thickness of your hair
