Well another 4 weeks ! I’m sure your all as fed up as we are and we Miss our team and our community ❤️. We hope everyone is doing. We are not taking phone appointments atm however we are in salon doing our online orders and custom colour kits for those of you who are desperate to touch up the greys ( email us for click and collect)
We can imagine some of the regrowths and over grown hair cuts we are going to be coming back to and in light of this we wanted to reassure all our beautiful clients that the team at Luxe will endeavour to work through the back log of hairdressing we will have. By extra days, early starts and late nights
we will do whatever it takes.
We would greatly appreciate everyones patience during the time when we do eventually have a date as the Front Desk Team will have well over 1500+ clients to get in touch with who would have had an appointment during the lockdown and these will be who we prioritise as soon as we have a re-opening date.
If you are one of our regulars who pre books their ongoing appointments, amazing, these will obviously stay and we would highly recommend keeping these and not rescheduling as at this moment as your favourite stylists will be busier than ever upon our return.
Luxe will be prioritising a regular clientele for the first 4-6 weeks out of lockdown, hence why will be limiting certain services and clients. The following will be some of the guidelines the front desk will be directed on:
Limited Blowdries on Saturday/Sundays (unless booked in with a Colour or Cut also)
Priority given to clients who missed their appointment and regular clients (especially colour)
No new clients for first 4 weeks and limited after until back log is addressed
Unfortunately, no Colour services to be booked alone (unless existing). Must be booked along side a Cut or Blow-dry
We sincerely hope you understand all of these guidelines are made to accomodate our Luxe community in the way that they have been accustomed over they years.
As always, Luxe will operate with upmost diligence with all health and safety standards to ensure your experience at the salon is comfortable and COVID safe.
