Karina is one of the first friendly faces to welcome you to Luxe Concept Salon, setting the tone for the elevated, five-star experience that defines Luxe. As our salon all-rounder, she seamlessly moves between front-of-house, leading our Japanese Head Spa experiences, and stepping onto the floor as a stylist when needed.

As our Head Spa Manager and Therapist, Karina has a true passion for scalp health and holistic hair care. Her in-depth knowledge allows her to create personalised, results-driven rituals that leave both hair and mind completely renewed.

Karina also specialises in luxury hair product recommendations, taking the time to understand each guest’s hair goals and lifestyle to ensure their at-home routine is just as refined as their in-salon experience.
