Luxe Concept Salon are happy to offer a refund or exchange for unopened, unused and in new condition products that are returned within 30 days of purchase, if your order is not quite as expected.
If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a description of the fault, and a photo if possible. In some circumstances, we may require a photo of the faulty product also. We may ask for the faulty item to be returned to us for assessment, in which a paid return method will be issued. Luxe Concept Salon will be happy to refund or replace the faulty product, within 30 days of purchase.
Damaged on Arrival or Incorrect Product:
If you have received a product that wasn’t what you ordered or has been damaged from delivery, please take a photo and contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Change of Mind:
Luxe Concept Salon are not required to offer an exchange or refund if you have had a change of heart for a product you have ordered. To ensure you are ordering the right products for your hair, simply email or call the salon to receive a complimentary consultation.
How it works:
Get in touch with the salon via email firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us on (02) 9412 1244 to inform of us of the problem with your order. We will assess the situation, and either refund or replace your order. Should we require an item to be returned to us, we will provide you with a paid postage satchel. Please note, we may also require photographic evidence for faulty, incorrect or damaged products.
