Restore hair to its original strength with the Kérastase Première Protocol
The Kérastase Première Protocol is an in-salon treatment designed to repair and restore strength to damaged hair, particularly hair that is over-processed or bleached.
It involves a multi-step ritual that aims to remove calcium buildup, reconnect broken keratin links, and ultimately, restore hair to its original strength.
The Kérastase Première Protocol includes:
- Pre-shampoo treatment
- Shampoo
- Concentrate
Benefits of the Kérastase Première Protocol:
- Decalcifies and Repairs: Removes calcium build-up and repairs persistent damage
- Strengthens Hair: Reconnects broken keratin links and restores hair to its original strength
- Reduces Breakage: Reduces breakage and frizz
- Adds Shine and Smoothness: Leaves hair feeling stronger, softer, and shinier.
Step One
Pre-shampoo treatment: A pre-shampoo treatment is applied to damp hair and massaged in from roots to ends. This step focuses on removing calcium build-up.
Step Two
Shampoo: Without rinsing the pre-shampoo, the Kérastase Première Decalcifying Repairing Shampoo is layered on top. This step helps to further decalcify and repair the hair.
Step Three
Concentrate: The Kérastase Première Decalcifying Resurfacing Concentrate is then applied to the hair. This step is layered with a mask for maximum results.
Kérastase Première Protocol FAQs
At LUXE Concept Salon, we require a booking fee from $50.00 to $100.00 to secure longer appointments such as those for colour work or colour correction services.
As the length of some of these specialist appointments is so long, and due to the nature of the work, we need to ensure clients are serious about our time. No-Show appointments are costly for the salon, and as our stylists work on commission when clients do not show up, the stylists do not get paid.
Any No-Show appointment will be asked to pay for any other services booked in full prior to their booking should they wish to return to the salon.
Check out our hair stylist’s profiles here. Our team have been trained by the best, and are all very capable of any services. Whilst you are a client of LUXE Concept Salon, there is more to a stylist than just their work, and we understand that sometimes, it is about the right fit!
Once you find the right stylist, this relationship becomes a beautiful friendship. All of our team have their unique personalities – some bright & bubbly, cheeky, quirky, shy, easy-going and sweet.
If you have a preference for a personality type, please let us know at the time of booking – our Front Desk staff are well equipped to make recommendations on who they believe will be a good fit. If you met with a team member and you didn’t quite “click” – next time we can book you with another stylist, there are no hard feelings!
- Removes Buildup and Clarifies the Scalp
Over time, product residue, oil and environmental impurities can accumulate on the scalp. Professional exfoliation gently removes buildup, allowing the scalp to breathe and thrive. - Encourages Stronger, Healthier Hair
Healthy follicles produce stronger, better quality hair. By clearing congestion and improving scalp condition, scalp therapy creates the ideal environment for stronger, shinier strands. - Supports Hair Growth
Scalp therapy promotes healthier follicles through improved circulation, balanced oil production and targeted treatment application. While it cannot replace medical treatment for hair loss, maintaining scalp health plays an important role in supporting stronger hair growth. - Improves Circulation
Massage techniques used during scalp therapy stimulate blood flow to the scalp. Increased circulation helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to the hair follicles, supporting overall scalp vitality. - Promotes Relaxation and Stress Relief
One of the most loved aspects of scalp therapy is the relaxation it provides. Massage and warm water therapy help release tension, calm the nervous system and create a deeply restorative experience.
